In short, if you spent time with our comparison table on the earlier page, you'll realize that the GeForce 9600 GT has lesser stream processors than the 9600 GSO, but are clocked higher. ![]() Most important is to take note the specs and price-point of the GeForce 9600 GT and compare how it stacks up to the 'new' GeForce 9600 GSO. Not forgetting of course are other current favorites like the GeForce 9600 GT and the Radeon HD 3850 graphics cards that we've including in the comparison. We also added our results from an older review we did of the overclocked ASUS GeForce 8800 GS, which hopefully you'll remember is the exact same GPU as the 'new' GeForce 9600 GSO. Worth noting also is that the Powercolor PCS HD 4670 is only mildly overclocked, so this should give us a good feel as to how reference versions of the card will stand up to each other.
